The answer to your question is within you. Ever heard this sentence before? But what does it really mean? 

Do you feel unfit or uncomfortable in your body, are you stressed or unhappy? The reasons that led you to my site can be manifold, the desire for more well-being unites them in most cases.

And maybe it ever happens to you that you meet a person, stumble across a book or a social media channel, which gave you a push to change something in your life?

That's exactly what happened to me. On my own journey, through a few unassuming impluses, I learned to connect with myself through my body and develop a deeper understanding of the interactions of body and psyche. Through this new body awareness, I have learned over the years to better understand my inner processes and to holistically address my own needs. 

But every day is different and so your own schedule changes. Where today a round of jogging might help you, tomorrow it will be a meditation or a good conversation with friends. Recognizing this and trusting your own vibrations to show you your way is a lifelong learning but also my greatest passion.
